Abstract

The article examines the impact of the project approach on the development of gifted students in the context of scientific education. An analysis of the concept and practical implementation of projects aimed at stimulating creativity, self-realization and academic growth of gifted students was carried out.

The need for a comprehensive approach to understanding giftedness is noted, which considers not only intellectual, but also creative, social and other aspects. Emphasis is placed on the fact that considering and recognizing various aspects of giftedness in the educational process contributes to the full and harmonious development of students, creating an educational platform for revealing their potential in various spheres of life.

The main aspects of using the project methodology for the development of critical thinking, research skills and intellectual potential of gifted students are considered. In particular, the role of teachers in guiding and supporting students during the implementation of their scientific projects, as well as the interaction of gifted students with other members of the scientific community, are investigated. Difficulties faced by teachers and students when implementing project activities are singled out.

Specific examples of successful projects that contributed to the development of gifted students in the scientific field are given. The conclusions and recommendations of the article can be useful for teachers and researchers who are interested in optimal methods of supporting gifted students in their scientific development.

It was concluded that project activity in the scientific education of gifted students is a direction that allows not only to expand their knowledge, but also to develop a creative approach to solving scientific problems. However, for the successful implementation of this method, it is important to consider it in the context of general educational trends and ensure a systematic approach to the development of gifted individuals in the Ukrainian educational space.
