У публікації розкрито сучасні підходи інноваційного менеджменту в управлінні освітніми організаціями, представлено зміст підготовки експертів-тренерів за програмою «Управлінська компетентність керівників щодо формування психологічної готовності персоналу до інноваційної діяльності» (Чудакова В., 2016) як основи розвитку компетентностей.
