Regardless of wartime, crisis situations in the country, the educational process is renewed under the influence of internal and external factors. Scientists and practitioners are making a lot of efforts to bring education closer to European standards. Teaching psychological and pedagogical disciplines in institutions of higher education acquires an important importance in the formation of a professionally competent specialist. In recent times, the question of motivating young people to enter the teaching profession has often been raised. The perspective of this topic is obvious: after the end of the war, modern schools should be equipped with qualified teachers who are professionally competent. Specialists should understand the content and specifics of the teacher’s activity, be able to communicate with all subjects of the educational process, be oriented to the readiness to solve problems in changing socio- economic conditions. Therefore, updating both the content and organizational forms of the educational process in institutions of higher education requires teachers and students to constantly improve the teaching and learning process. The article assumes that arming with the latest information means significantly increases the effectiveness of the educational process. The theoretical basis for this is the concept of three- subject didactics (author E. Petukhova). By combining the efforts of the teacher, the student and the innovative information environment, we get significant changes in the quality indicators of the results of the educational process. In particular, the active implementation of artificial intelligence in educational activities, we get an effective means of achieving success in education. It is also an excellent tool for organizing the productive activities of students in classes. The practice of Kherson State University shows the perspective of implementing innovative methods and technologies of education. Crisis situations provided an opportunity to improve the ksu-online platform, KSU 24, developed at the university, which significantly improved business processes.
