Integrative-functional Concept of the Pedagogical System of Preparing Gifted Children of Adolescent and Young Age for Choosing a Profession in Entrepreneurship

Abstract

The article theoretically substantiates the integrative-functional concept of the pedagogical system of preparing gifted children of adolescent and youth age to choose a profession in entrepreneurship, which includes 14 functions: theoretical-methodological, scientific-research, educational, adaptive, cognitive, moral-value (educational), evaluation-control, methodical, diagnostic, corrective-developmental, managerial, competitive, prognostic-strategic, systematized.

The actual definition of the pedagogical system of preparing gifted children of adolescent and youth age to choose a profession in entrepreneurship is presented – this is an update and justification of the content of vocational education training in the field of entrepreneurial activity: involving students in the development of entrepreneurial projects, introducing into pedagogical practice a methodical integrative-functional complex of entrepreneurial orientation.

According to the level system of training, the concept describes a wide and narrow circle of entrepreneurship. Well-known modern Ukrainian academics, such as Sadova M., Bielska N. highlight the problem of moral values and goal positions of gifted high school students to choose the profession of their lives.

Foreign scientists such as F. Vorel, L. Mazev, J. Lakin, K. May, J. Renzulli, K. Haller, N. Robinson describe a new vision of choosing a profession in the field of entrepreneurship through a psychological and pedagogical approach, within which advocates professional self-realization and self-improvement.

Our concept of a pedagogical system for preparing gifted children of youth and adolescence to choose a profession in entrepreneurship is based on the organization and introduction into the educational activities of gifted students of real design of business and partnership relationships in entrepreneurship, will take into account the level of development of the organization, independence and creativity of ideas of gifted high school students.
