The article reveals the psychological and pedagogical foundations of developing the giftedness resources of lyceum students under the conditions of martial law. It is substantiated that the modern understanding of giftedness goes beyond the interpretation of high academic results and defines it as a dynamic system of internal personal resources – cognitive, motivational, creative, emotional-volitional, and socio-personal – whose development requires purposeful pedagogical stimulation and psychological support. The content of the concept of «giftedness resources» is clarified, and the specifics of their functioning in conditions of war are revealed, including the factors of psycho-emotional overload, forced displacement, distance learning, and risks of physical and informational insecurity. The psychological foundations of developing giftedness resources are determined: preservation of psychological well-being, formation of stress resistance, motivational sustainability, emotional self-regulation, a sense of safety, and the meaningfulness of educational activity. The pedagogical foundations are disclosed: individualization of the educational trajectory, intellectual enrichment of educational content, a flexible combination of face-to-face, distance, and blended forms of learning, mentoring support, research and creative-productive activity, and psychological-pedagogical partnership between family and educational institution. A system of pedagogical conditions and methodological recommendations for developing the giftedness resources of lyceum students under martial law is proposed. It is concluded that holistic psychological and pedagogical support is a factor in preserving and productively developing a gifted personality in times of societal challenges.ееее6
