A Role of Legal Culture of Pedagogical Workers is in System of Vocational Formation of Ukraine

The article considers modern approaches to the role of legal culture of teachers in the system of vocational education in Ukraine. It is specified that the legal culture of the individual is conditioned by the legal culture of society, the degree and nature of progressive legal development of the individual, ensuring its legitimate activities; legal culture of a teacher is a quality formed on the basis of available legal knowledge, ideas, views, beliefs, interests and ideals, needs, motives, expressed in legal relations to society, team, moral and volitional qualities, legal skills, abilities and habits and to another person, to himself.
It is specified that the main elements of legal culture as a social system of a teacher are legal activity, resolution of legal situations related to professional activities, subjects of law, legal consciousness. It is substantiated that we will consider as complex manifestations of legal culture of pedagogical workers in the system of vocational education of Ukraine: systematized scientific knowledge about law, legislation of Ukraine, about real existing law and order in society, measures to strengthen it and methods of protection; observance of law and order, active non-acceptance of law and order violations; socially useful behavior, which is manifested in conscious lawful behavior, skillful exercise of their rights and freedoms, responsible attitude to the duties of a teacher, willingness to act legally competent in various situations. It was found that the factors influencing the formation of the legal culture of the teacher of the individual include the following – psychological, legal, economic, political, social, spiritual.
