Psychological and Pedagogical Aspects of the Formation of Creative Thinking of the Future Music Teacher

The article proves the relevance of the mentioned problem, the analysis of scientific literature on the
peculiarities of the formation of creative thinking in the process of professional training of the future music
teacher is carried out. The essence, content and structure of a music teacher's creative thinking have been
clarified, the basic characteristics of professional and pedagogical thinking have been singled out; the definition
of the concept of creative thinking of the future music teacher as a component of his methodical and general
professional competence is clarified.
It is proven that the creative thinking of the future teacher is a mediated and generalized concept of
knowledge of reality, which integrates a complex of knowledge and contributes to the identification of conditions,
constructive ways and means of mental development of the individual. Creative thinking is a synthesis of the
thinking activity of a music teacher, where the priority is determined by his professional orientation towards
professional creative and methodical activity. It is noted that, in contrast to reproductive, developed creative
thinking actualizes the motivational and creative activity of the future music teacher, which manifests itself in
organic unity with a high level of development of creative abilities, which allows him to achieve significant
practical results. The structural components of the organization of the content of the creative thinking of the
future music teacher are characterized, the functions of professional thinking and competencies characterizing
his professional activity are defined.
